What is being built
Three things, done properly, before anything else.
A clinic does not need another inbox. It needs the day's coordination to be somewhere the whole team can see, that survives a shift change, and that nobody has to give out a personal phone number to join. These are three priorities for the first release.

From the first conversation to the first pilot.
We are starting with the people who coordinate the clinic day. Their workflows will help shape the first iPhone prototype.
A clinic pilot will follow product testing, independent assessment and the required operating agreements. Each step appears on the public roadmap.

The next visible milestone is sign-in, a working message path, and the app running on a physical iPhone rather than in a simulator. That is a prototype for demonstration, and it will be described as one.

A pilot, when the groundwork is done
Before any clinic uses this with real people, there is operational review, independent testing and paperwork to complete. Those are on the roadmap, ahead of the pilot rather than after it.

Questions about the product.
Can I use this in my practice today?
No. clinicomm is in development. It is demonstration material and internal work, and it is not fit for a real clinic day. When it is ready for a small pilot we will say so here, and the first pilots will be arranged one practice at a time.
When will it be available?
We are not publishing a date. Several of the steps ahead of a pilot depend on review and testing that take as long as they take, and a date published now would be a guess presented as a commitment. The roadmap gives the order of the work instead.
Which devices will it run on?
iPhone first, from one codebase that is intended to serve Android, Windows and macOS afterwards. There is no browser client planned for version one. Nothing is on any app store today and there is no test build to join.
What will it cost?
Pricing has not been set. We will publish it before offering the product for sale.
What can I view now?
This page shows a product concept with synthetic conversations. It is not a working product demonstration. Contact details will be published when available; there is currently no way to request a demonstration through this site.
